Turnkey and Land-Based Operations
Ezugi also provides dealer and croupier training and services for casinos setting up and running their own live dealer operation. The review describes specialists installing the required hardware at a casino and training its staff. The resulting dedicated live dealer suite can serve mobile and desktop players.
Ezugi 360 operations (OTT)
In the Live Casino part of the online casino industry, Ezugi’s 360 offering follows a format also used by competitors: online players can bet on activity at real tables in land-based casinos. The review says Ezugi was using OTT roulette to stream these games.
For this setup, the company works with land-based casinos, placing HD cameras above the table and using advanced microphone technology. Remote players can log in and bet with virtual chips, so they do not interrupt the live game or the people seated at the table.
Games
The source review describes 20 real-time table game variations and a shared network of 70 tables, which casino providers using the Ezugi platform can access. It reports that more than 300 trained dealers and croupiers work across the tables. A centralised ‘Mission Control Room’ monitors them for issues; streaming and sharing the games online relies on the platform’s stated broadcast technology.
