Leprechaun's Magic online slot review
Leprechaun's Magic is a cheerful Irish-themed slot set in a leprechaun's valley. Expanding symbols, Magic Spins and a Magic Wheel shape its bonus play, while the game information lists maximum wins of up to 5,513.50x your bet.
Theme and storyline
The setting is Ireland's grassy woodland, where a leprechaun invites you to spin the reels fixed to the side of his wooden shack. Grass, clovers, daisies and trees fill out the surrounding scene.
Graphics, sounds and animations
Red Tiger released Leprechaun's Magic on 5 March 2020 with broad reels, crisp 3D artwork and a backdrop styled like an oil painting. The presentation deliberately returns to basics: symbols are large and flat-looking, while old-style flashing win markers draw a line through a winning combination.
Rather than filling the reels with elaborate 3D animation, the game keeps its visual treatment simple so attention stays on the Irish theme and symbols. Background cash-jingle effects, electronic tones and an Irish flute provide the atmosphere as the theme tune plays.

Gameplay
Red Tiger presents a straightforward 5x3 slot with 10 pay lines. The reels feature Irish luck symbols including the leprechaun, golden horseshoes, hats and a leprechaun's tobacco pipe; each pays when 2, 3, 4, or 5 symbols land. The lower-paying symbols are A, K, Q, J, and 10, which pay when 3, 4, or 5 appear.
Wins are counted from left to right, with the opening symbol required to appear on reel 1. Matching symbols must fill reels 1-2-3, 1-2-3-4, or 1-2-3-4-5 for 3, 4, and 5 symbol combination payouts respectively. The leprechaun is the top-paying symbol, awarding 5,000x, 1,000x, 100x, or 10x the ‘bet per line’ for 5, 4, 3, or 2 symbols. Your ‘bet per line’ is the ‘STAKE’ divided by 10 pay lines.
The controls include volume mute, full-screen mode and auto spins. Auto spin covers 10 to 100 spins, with options to stop after a specified win amount, when the bonus feature appears or after a specified loss. For turbo play, hold the spin button or press it again while the reels are moving to finish the spin sooner.
Bonuses and free spins
Expanding Golden Symbols: Whenever a reel combination produces a win, that symbol joins the gold-symbol row above the reels. It turns golden for the next spin and connects with other golden symbols on the reels to create extra prizes.
Magic Spins/Magic Wheel Bonus: Landing 3, 4, or 5 magic free spins symbols activates the Magic Wheel. You then spin the wheel to determine the number of free spins awarded. If 4 or 5 scatters landed, the final Magic Wheel total receives 4 or 8 additional free spins respectively.
During the free spins bonus, symbols included in winning combinations become permanent gold symbols and lock onto the reels for the remainder of the bonus.
Bet sizes, RTP and variance
Use the /- control to set a bet between 0.10 and 10.00 per spin. Your total spin bet is divided by 10 to calculate the ‘bet per line’, and the highest multiplier available from a bet is 5513.50x the ‘bet per line’. The slot has high variance because it uses only 10 pay lines and has no wild symbol in the base game.
As a result, the larger wins described for this slot are associated with the free spins feature, which generally adds free spins to the initial award when it starts. The slot's Help menu reports an expected RTP of 95.95%.
Conclusion
Following Golden Leprechaun Megaways, this is Red Tiger's second leprechaun-themed online slot. As Evan Carrington's GCCans review notes, it is a simpler counterpart to the Megaways release, placing more emphasis on an Irish theme than on elaborate presentation. The gameplay is straightforward and does not introduce an especially unusual feature set; its apparent purpose is to extend Red Tiger's 3D video-slot collection for players who enjoy the luck-of-the-Irish motif.
